I think people know there is a lot involved with buying or selling a home but if they haven’t done it for a while, or ever, I think they end up so surprised at truly how much there is and the depth and impact of the decisions they make during the process. I work extremely hard at making sure they have all the information and options they need to make the necessary decisions and guide them through the process.
I seem to attract the most amazing people to help with their homeownership goals. From those looking to downsize and move into their new vision of a dream home now that the kids are all grown and gone, to the young families just starting out looking for the perfect place to grow their family. It’s all about understanding what’s important to them and helping them reach their lifestyle goals through their home. Which I love doing!

Licensed since 1987, I loved families buying and selling homes immediately. I especially loved and excelled at getting my clients what they wanted through great and strategic negotiation skills, one of my strongest skillsets. At one point in my career I had the amazing opportunity to start up and manage a Loss Mitigation Department (Short Sales, Foreclosures, Loan Modification, and Litigation) for a large Mortgage company, allowing me to get knowledge and insights on the inner workings of the Mortgage industry for 8 years. In 2005 I re-entered the real estate market again, because I realized that is really my true passion is showing people how to get the home of their dreams.
